Greece joins high-performance calculation team

10/11/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 10 November, Greece became the eleventh member states to join the state cooperation team EuroHPC to establish IT infrastructure capable of calculating 100 times faster than at present using mega-scale computers (see EUROPE 11752).  Seven member states have been involved in the cooperation since March 2017, (namely Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain), which have been joined by Belgium and Slovenia.  As a non-EU...
