Plenary to tackle Paradise Papers and rule of law in Poland

Independence for Catalonia is not on the agenda for the European Parliament’s plenary in Strasbourg on 13-16 November, but the Paradise Papers will certainly be discussed.  In addition, the MEPs will express their views and adopt a non-legislative resolution on 15 November on the rule of law in Poland and Malta.
