12/06/2017 (Agence Europe) – The European Investment Bank announced on Monday 12 June that it was making a loan of up to €200 million available to Swedish real estate company Vasakronan for the construction of a “nearly zero-energy building” (NZEB) in Gothenburg and the refurbishment to NZEB standards of a building complex in Stockholm. The total cost of the two projects is put at €437 million. (EH)
