European Parliament and EESC want to step up cooperation

06/06/2017 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani (EPP, Italy) and his counterpart at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Georges Dassis from Greece, made an announcement during the EESC plenary session on 1 June in which they called for greater formal and informal cooperation between the two institutions.
