Cecilia Malmström confident about conclusion of agreements with Japan and Mercosur in 2017

On Thursday 23 March, European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström seemed confident about the EU's chances of concluding negotiations in 2017 for free trade agreements with Japan, Mexico and the Mercosur bloc (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay).
