Commission announces €3 million in funding for OSCE special monitoring mission

On Friday 24 March, the European Commission announced new funding of €3 million for the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine.

The funding, which comes from the instrument contributing to stability and peace, will enable timely and focused assistance to be provided to the OSCE, in the area of satellite imagery, according to a Commission press release.  The funding will continue to be channelled via the European Union...
