Mariano Rajoy announces composition of his new government

04/11/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 3 November, Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy announced the composition of his new government, following 10 months of political blockage. Alfonso Dastis Quecedo, 61, the current permanent representative of Spain to the EU, becomes foreign minister, replacing José Manuel García-Margallo.
