27/10/2016 (Agence Europe) – As expected (see EUROPE 11632), on Thursday 27 October, the European Parliament decided to recommend discharge for the implementation of the 2014 budgets of three European programmes: Artemis (key technology for IT systems), ENIAC (key nanoelectronic skills) and ITER (fusion energy). It refused, however, to grant discharge for the sixth year in a row for the 2014 budget of the Council and the European Council. (LC)
