The General Affairs Council of the EU will hold a debate in Luxembourg on Tuesday 18 October on the mid-term review of the multiannual financial framework (MFF) of the EU for 2014-2020.
It will then prepare for the European summit on 20 and 21 October 2016 by examining a draft conclusions document and finally, the Slovak Presidency of the Council will brief ministers about implementation of the Better Law-making inter-institutional agreement.
