Royalty agreed must be paid even if licence patent is unused

Brussels, 07/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 7 July, the European Court of Justice decided that a beneficiary of a patent licence must pay the agreed royalty even if it does not infringe the patented technology.
