Strasbourg. European Parliament. Plenary session and meetings of the committees (to 12/02): - financial participation of employees: oral question by the EMPL committee (10/02); - Situation in Ukraine: debate with the HR, Ms Mogherini; - debate on priorities in the fight on terrorism ahead of the informal Summit (11/02); - Situation in Syria and Iraq: debate with the HR (11/02) and vote on a resolution (12/02); - Creation of a European framework for democracy and fundamental rights: debate with the Commission and the Presidency of the EU (11/02); - Indication of country of origin for meat: vote on a resolution ahead of a legislative proposal (11/02); - Affordable drugs for patients: debate with the Council and the Commission (11/02); - vote on the creation of a special committee on tax rulings (12/02). Thursday 12 February
