Ministers urged to persuade MPs of need for PNR

Brussels, 05/12/2014 (Agence Europe) - EU home affairs ministers must “take on board the concerns of the European Parliament on the protection of personal data so that MEPs may in return agree to European PNR proposals”. This was how French Home Affairs Minister Bernard Cazeneuve summarised the discussion at the JHA Council on Friday 5 December on the European PNR directive.
