12/06/2014 (Agence Europe) - EIB loan for emergency reserve power plant in Estonia. On Wednesday 11 June, the European Investment Bank announced a loan of 32 million euros for the Estonian energy company Elering for the construction of its back-up power generation plant in Kiisa. This is the first emergency reserve power plant to be built in the country. (EH)
