Brussels, 06/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - In October and November of this year, the EU will hold evaluation seminars in three Algerian universities. These seminars will examine the university cooperation with this country and will consist of a mid-term review of the “bilateral support programme for higher education and scientific research sector policy” with Algeria.
European experts visiting the country, together with their Algerian counterparts, will assess the progress achieved, and the many activities to come to strengthen the quality system and the information systems, managing and enhancing human resources capacity and support to the “PhD school”. A number of concrete ideas are expected to be developed for supporting tighter links between universities and business in the two countries. (FB/transl.fl)
