10/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: KKR/GDI. On 9 July, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of Gardner Denver Inc (GDI) by KKR & Co. LP, both American companies. GDI designs, produces and sells compressors, ventilators, fuel handling systems and pumps used in the production of oil and natural gas. KKR specialises in asset management.
