Brussels, 16/04/2012 (Agence Europe) - The EU is fully behind the UN and the six-point plan drafted by its Special Envoy to Syria Kofi Annan. The priority now is an end to violence and the delivery of humanitarian aid, said European Commission President José Manuel Barroso on Monday 16 April.
