Brussels, 16/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - Although it has requested a resumption in negotiations with the permanent members of the Security Council, in addition to Germany, with regard to its nuclear programme, Iran announced on Sunday 19 February that it would be stopping its sales of crude oil to French and British oil companies which had actively argued for an EU embargo on 1 July on Iranian oil and which was definitively decided on 23 January.
