Brussels, 07/11/2011 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has announced that it is ring-fencing a budgetary allocation of €2 million to fund initiatives to enhance the capacity of non-state players, promote reform and increase public responsibility on the countries of the Southern Neighbourhood (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, the Occupied Palestinian Territories, the Arab Republic of Syria, and Tunisia).
