Full text of member states' political agreement on European diplomatic service

Brussels, 29/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The full text of the political agreement reached by EU foreign ministers and HR Catherine Ashton on 26 April on the structure and working of the future European External Action Service (EEAS) is now published in our series EUROPE/Documents annexed to this bulletin.
