Brussels, 22/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - Preparations are gathering pace within the European Commission for getting ready the report that the Commission is to present to the European Council on 17 and 18 June on assessment of the situation of EU-based industrial sectors exposed to a significant risk of carbon leakage (relocation) in the events of stalled international climate talks on the post-2012 period.
