FESI takes action in EU General Court against duties on Chinese and Vietnamese footwear

Brussels, 23/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 19 March, the European Federation of Sporting Goods Industry (FESI) had initiated action at the EU General Court against an EU decision of December 2009 for a 15-month extension of antidumping duties imposed on imports of leather upper footwear from China and Vietnam since 2006 (EUROPE 10046). The FESI considers the EU's decision is based on the results of a badly conducted inquiry and analysis by the European Commission. It also deplores the...
