Brussels, 23/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - Google has not infringed trade mark law by allowing advertisers to purchase keywords corresponding to their competitors' trade marks, states a ruling of the EU Court of Justice in a case (C-236/08 to C-238/08) opposing the internet giant, Google, and Louis Vuitton.
