22/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 22 February, the European Commission gave its green light to a proposed merger whereby the German company Klöckner & Co. SE hopes to take control of the companies Köhler & Lollert oHG and Umformtechnik Stendal UTS GmbH & Co. KG, which are also German, and their subsidiaries (jointly "Becker Group") by share purchase.
