22/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - Spain, ultimately, is prepared to take in five former detainees from the Guantanamo prison camp, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Ángel Moratinos recently announced. In late January, Moratinos said that Spain was finalising procedures to take in two former prisoners, a Palestinian and a Yemeni. The nationalities of the three others have not been revealed.
