Brussels, 12/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 12 November, the European Parliament approved the negotiating mandate to reach an agreement with the other institutions (the Council of Ministers of the EU and the European Commission) on transitional rules to move from one treaty to the other in the budgetary field.
