12/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 12 November, the Commission authorised a new joint venture which will produce aluminium foil. The new company is to be created by Chinese firm Guangdong Dongyangguang Aluminium Co., Ltd. with Japanese firms Furukawa-Sky Aluminium Corp. and Mitsui & Co. Ltd.
