27/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - As part of the activities of the European Network of Excellence on Reconciling Work and Welfare (RECWOWE), the European Social Observatory and the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) are holding a public debate on “Employers' recruitment decisions, Labour Market Disadvantage and Active Labour Market Policies” in Brussels on 9 November. The debate will be opened by Giuliano Bonoli, Professor of Social Policy, Swiss Graduate School of Administration (IDHEAP). Thereafter, there will be a debate with Ides Nicaise, Professor and Research Manager, Higher Institute for Labour Studies (HIVA) University of Leuven, Belgium.
