The Heads of State or Government of the European Union confirmed their differences on the Recovery Plan for Europe and the EU’s Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for 2021-2027 (see EUROPE B12509A1) on Friday 19 June at their fifth meeting by videoconference since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
