Outermost Regions joint memorandum summarising positions on future EU strategy to be adopted on Thursday

Brussels, 14/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - The 15th conference of the presidents of the outermost regions is being held on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October in Gran Canaria, under the chairmanship of Paulino Rivero, President of the Government of the Canary Islands. It will be attended by Regional Policy Commissioner Pawe³ Samecki as well as by representatives of Spain, France and Portugal and the Swedish EU Presidency.
