14/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 14 October 2009, the European Commission approved a Finnish tax incentives scheme for productive investment. The scheme covers the 2009 and 2010 tax years, when Finland temporarily doubles the rates at which new industrial or craft buildings can be written off, along with new machinery and equipment used in the buildings.
