Brussels, 30/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 30 September, the European Commission readopted a decision on a cartel in the concrete bar sector in Italy, as the previous decision was cancelled by the Court of First Instance on 25 October 2007 for procedural reasons.
