EGF provides €14.8 million to help redundant Dell workers in Ireland

Brussels, 21/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - Ireland will receive a help from the European Globalisation Fund (EGF) of €14.8 million to help 2400 workers from the information technology sector find a job. This demand was approved by the European Commission on Saturday 19 September and announced by the president of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso.
