10/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 8 September, the European Commission presented a draft decision to the EU Council of Ministers recommending that the European Community sign a mandate for International Partnership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation (IPEEC) and the protocol for setting up the secretariat of the IPEEC at the International Energy Agency.
