04/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - 700 students of 40 different nationalities in their first year of their masters studies in Paris, London and Madrid will meet in Strasbourg in 7, 8 and 9 September, for the Start@EUROPE 2009 seminar organised by ESCP Europe, to help them understand the inner workings and opportunities of the Community environment. Over these three days, students will attend conferences of experts and other European figures, focusing on the economic, institutional and cultural elements required to understand Europe. They will also have the opportunity to take part in a European negotiation simulation, to immerse themselves in the European decision-making process. Amongst those who have previously taken part in the programme is the Director General of DG Education and Culture of the European Commission, Odile Quintin. ESCP is the world's oldest business school and every year, 3500 students of 90 different nationalities, together with the same number of management executives, pass through the doors of its five European campuses and 60 partner universities throughout the world.
