Swedish Presidency prepares informal summit to be held in mid-September prior to Pittsburgh G20

Brussels, 31/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Swedish Presidency of the Council of EU is planning to bring together the European leaders for an extraordinary summit to be held in "mid-September", to prepare for the meeting of the G20 in Pittsburgh on 24-25 September, a spokesperson of the Presidency confirmed on Friday 31 July.
