03/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 25 June, the Council adopted two regulations on EU trade policy. The first temporarily suspends autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on a number of industrial, agricultural, and fisheries products, and ends the suspension of autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on others. The second opens new autonomous tariff quotas and increases those already existing for a number of agricultural and industrial products. (E.H./transl.rt)
