Brussels, 02/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 1 July, the European Commission announced the funding of nearly 10,000 new Erasmus Mundus scholarships for the 2009-2010 academic year. This will allow 8,385 students and academics to come to study or teach in Europe, and 1,561 Europeans will spend time at partner institutions in countries outside the EU.
