02/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 1 July, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Itinere Chilean Assets by Atlanta S.p.A. (Italy), Società Iniziative Autostradale Servizi S.p.A. (Italy) and Acciona S.A. (Spain). The company acquired groups the activities of five Chilean toll motorways. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (C.D./transl.jl)
