30/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 June, the EU Council adopted three identical decisions authorising the European Commission to open talks on scientific and technological agreements between the European Community atomic energy community (EURATOM), on one hand, and Serbia, Turkey and Croatia, on the other.
