29/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 June, the European Commission decided to call on the Court of Justice of the European Communities to impose fines on Greece as well as a lump sum penalty for failing to respect the 2007 Court ruling (Case C-26/07) concerning Directive 2004/80/EC on compensating victims of crime.
