Brussels, 17/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - As at 1 May 2009, six EU member states (Austria, Spain, Estonia, Ireland, Italy and Luxembourg) had not yet fully transposed Directive 2006/43/EC on the legal control of consolidated annual accounts, according to a document published on the European Commission's website.
