17/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has launched a photo competition entitled “Imagine a New World” for amateur and professional photographers of any age and any EU member state, Iceland, Norway or Liechtenstein. The idea is to help people discover Europe from an original angle. A jury of professional photographers will select the best photo and there will also be an online voting process for the best photo.
