Brussels, 11/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a judgment delivered on 11 June, the Court of First Instance ruled that freezing the funds of a Jordanian national imprisoned in the United Kingdom infringes his right of defence. It, therefore, annuls the Council regulation freezing the assets of Omar Mohammed Othman.
