11/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - Louis Michel, the European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, has voiced his regret that the Mandate Darfur Conference, which was to have brought together representatives of the civil society from each community in Darfur, with a view to creating a mandate for peace, has been cancelled.
