06/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - The representatives of the European Commission and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) signed a horizontal aviation agreement to align bilateral aviation agreements under Community law between EU and ECOWAS member states. The agreement was signed during the EU/African Union conference organised on 2-3 April in Windhoek (Namibia) (A.By/transl.rh)
