Community trademark registration tax down 40% from May 2009

Brussels, 01/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 31 March, European Commissioner for the Internal Market Charlie McCreevy announced a substantial reduction in the taxes applied by the Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), the European agency in charge of registering community trademarks.
