Brussels, 26/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament will be meeting in Brussels in plenary on Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 April 2009, where it will discuss a statement by the Council and Commission on the negotiations over an international treaty to protect the Arctic and will hold a joint debate on European funding and a second joint debate on the EU eco-label and the EU eco-management and audit system (EMAS).
