Unions say downgrading Employment Summit to Social Troika sends “bad signal to citizens”

Brussels, 24/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) is disappointed with the decision of the European Council to hold the Jobs Summit in Prague on a Social Troika basis, says a press release.
