Strasbourg, 24/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On the sidelines of the European Parliament plenary session in Strasbourg, the five rapporteurs on the 3rd legislative package for liberalisation of the internal market for electricity and gas reached an informal compromise with the Czech Presidency late during the evening of 23 March during a final Parliament/Council/Commission trilogue.
