Compromise found on road package

Brussels, 24/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - After the second trilogue meeting on Tuesday 24 March, the European Parliament and the Council reached a compromise in second reading on the subject of the road package that is to harmonise conditions for access to the profession of haulier and for access to the road transport market (see EUROPE 9682).
